K9 Nose Work® Waiver and Media Release

    In consideration of DOG STAR Dog Training's K9 Nose Work® classes and events, I understand that the unpredictability of dogs could result in personal injury or death as well as extensive property damage. Knowing the risks, I agree to assume them all including but not limited to; assuming the financial responsibility of any litigation arising from any incident which I may be involved in. I hereby release, indemnify and hold harmless Diane Randall and DOG STAR Dog Training from any and all damages or personal injury.  In addition, I understand that participating in DOG STAR Dog Training's K9 Nose Work® classes holds some risk. My dog and I may be exposed to challenging, treacherous or unstable footing and accept all possible risks associated with such participation.


    ​​I understand that education and public relations are an important part of participating in DOG STAR Dog Training's K9 Nose Work® classes. I give Diane Randall and DOG STAR Dog Training the right and permission to use my name, likeness and voice in all types of advertising and promotional or educational materials. This includes photographs, video recordings, audio recordings and all other media in which my name, likeness or voice may be reproduced.
